HOW TO - Clear Shared Web Licensing Credential Cache

Description
When specifying a Shared Web Licensing server, you are required to login using your Ansys Account. These credentials are then cached, so that the user doesn't have to login again. There may be times when you need to clear these credentials.
Solution
- Close all Ansys applications.
- Visit https://support.ansys.com in your default browser and sign-out of your Ansys Account if your are signed in.
- You can alternatively clear your browser cache.
- Browse to the following folder in File Explorer
%userprofile%/.ansys/ansysid - Delete files named:
- cache.json
- token.json
- The next time you specify a Shared Web Licensing server, you will be prompted to sign in again using an Ansys account.
Note
Cached credentials for both user and installation settings are stored in the same location.
