ERROR

When launching SpaceClaim from the start menu, the cursor will show busy/wheel spinning for a few moments, but SpaceClaim never opens nor provides an error message.

If you attempt to open SpaceClaim with Task Manager open, you see Ansys Subscription Licensing briefly appear:

Description/Cause

Similar to Discovery, SpaceClaim has two licensing modes - floating or subscription.  Setting this to subscription, where there is no subscription to be found, SpaceClaim will fail to launch.

*The cause(s) we identified in this documented instance may not be the only cause(s) for this error.

SpaceClaim replies on the same licensing mode settings as Discovery, please update the mode using the following article:
