ERROR - Ansys installer flashes but won't launch

When attempting to install Ansys 2024R2 structures package after files have been unzipped > right-click setup.exe and select run as administrator > the Ansys loading screen flashes for a brief moment and then disappears. This can be repeated continuously, but the installation screen never loads.

Other Possible Solutions
- Try using 7zip to extract the files.
- Verify the Integrity of Installation Files
- AV/EDR blocking the installation files can also cause his symptom.
