ERROR - Proxy process identifier could not be determined

ERROR

Description/Cause
There is a "zombie" userproxy process running.
*The cause(s) we identified in this documented instance may not be the only cause(s) for this error.
Solution
- Please login to the machine running the JobManager (Launcher) service and check for any hung UserProxy (version number) processes for the user. If there are no other completed or active jobs for the user, end the process.
- If no zombie processes are running for the user, then stop and start the RSM launcher process on the RSM server after any running jobs have ended. Please alert all end users of the service stop and start so they can avoid submitting jobs until the service is restarted.
