ERROR

SharedWeb Licensing is being used >  SharedWeb is enabled and appears like it is working ok when viewed from the Ansys Licensing Settings Utility > open SpaceClaim > the following error occurs, and the application cannot run.

Web Licensing checkout call to LicensingSettingsUtility for 1 tasks of disco_level1, a_spaceclaim_dirmod failed:

Error Detail: The expected authorization value was found but you do not have permission to access this resource.

Status code: 403

Description/Cause

This issue occurred because the Widows date/time were not accurate for the time zone that was set.  This caused an SSL authentication issue with the SharedWeb Token and prevented it from communicating with the Ansys Licensing Service.

Solution

1. Correct the date, time and time zone on the computer and retry.
2. If this does not work, Clear the Shared Web Licensing Credential Cache and try again.
